Here are some common reasons why you may not be able to complete payment via ShopeePay:

  •  You have not activated your ShopeePay account
  •  Your ShopeePay balance is insufficient for the current checkout. Learn how to top up your ShopeePay Wallet.
  • You may have exceeded your daily/monthly/yearly transaction limit for Basic and Premium Accounts.
  • The operating system on your device may be too outdated to work with ShopeePay.

⚠️ Note:

  • If the buyer is applying a voucher, the buyer is required to top up the remainder amount that was reflected on checkout before applying the voucher to be able to pay using ShopeePay.
